A homogeneous blend of ingredients designed to produce a uniform buttermilk panacake, when prepared according to package directions.
Enriched wheat flour, sugar, soya flour, baking powder, vegetable oil shortening, dextrose, salt, dried whole egg, skim milk powder, buttermilk powder, whey powder, calcium sulphate.

Contains: Milk, Wheat, Eggs. May contains: Soy, Sulphites.
Just add water.
Add water to mix in bowl. Mix by hand for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or on machine with wire whip on low speed for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Bake on griddle at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for about 1 minute on each side, or turn pancake when edge appears dry.
Serve with fresh fruit.
Store under cool and dry conditions.
