Always cook chicken at a minimum internal temperature of 72C/162F.The cooking time will vary depending of the cut, the shape and the weight of the meat.Always thaw before cooking. Do not thaw at room temperature.Thaw in the cooler, in cold water or in the microwave oven.
Serve with your favorites vegetables.
Individually quick frozen uncooked poultry is packed in bulk in corrugated box doubled with a plastic bag. Keep frozen until ready to use.
