Our dessert format offers tremendous versatility and incredible value to the foodservice operator. While still frozen, portions are already pre-cut and individually separated to easily handle back-of house. Simply plate what is needed for service and place any unused portions in their original packaging and back into the freezer to ensure freshness. Place the product ready for service into the refrigerator to slowly thaw.
Once ready for service, take product out from refrigerator and simply garnish as desired or use the item as the base for your signature dessert creation.
