Irresistible Chinese turnovers filled with an amazing mixture of ground pork, cabbage, eggs, water chestnuts, celery, onions, and seasonings.
Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Deep Fry: 350°F (175°C) for 4 1/2 minutes for 20 potstickers. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place 20 potstickers on baking sheet and heat for 12 minutes. Turn pieces over and continue heating for another 12 minutes. Not recommended for heating in a microwave.
Serve as an appetizer with plum sauce.
