Preparation & Cooking
Flat Grill: Preheat Flat Grill to 325°F / 160°C (Medium High Heat). Lightly Grease Cooking Surface. Cook for 10-11 minutes. Turn fillets over halfway through cooking. Convection Oven: Place Frozen Fillets on a Lightly Oiled Sheet Pan. Preheat Oven to 375°F / 190°C and Bake for 9 1/2 -11 minutes. Conventional Oven: Place Frozen Fillets on a Lightly Oiled Sheet Pan. Preheat Oven to 425°F / 220°C and Bake for 18-20 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat Fryer to 350°F / 180°C and Fry for 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 minutes. COOK UNTIL A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 158°F (70°C) IS REACHED.
Serving Suggestions
Can be pan-seared, flat-grilled, deep-fried or baked.
